Large Pool Equipment Enclosure for Cairns
Partnering with Blue Water Pool Care in Cairns, we recently completed one of our largest Acoustic Box installations in some time.
The project required a custom Backless enclosure measuring 6950mm wide, 1250mm deep and 1145mm high.
Finished in Shale Grey, the enclosure was designed to provide a clean and consistent appearance while concealing a substantial amount of pool equipment. A backless configuration allowed the equipment to be mounted directly against the existing wall, maximising the available space while maintaining accessibility.
To support ongoing servicing and equipment performance, the enclosure incorporates both side access and a louvered door. These features provide practical access for maintenance while assisting with airflow within the enclosure. The side access door was located at the end of the enclosure facing away from the home behind the pool heater.
Projects like this showcase one of the key advantages of the Acoustic Box system. While many installations utilise our standard modular sizes, the same design principles can be scaled to accommodate much larger equipment layouts when required.
