    The Backless model removes the rear panel and includes 50mm wall strips to mount the enclosure to the wall, providing enough clearance for the lid to open.

    It features:

    • +50mm depth compared to the Free Standing model

    Ideal for tight spaces where the enclosure needs to be installed within 50mm of a wall. The open rear design allows for flexible placement of pipes, conduits, and electrical fittings directly on the rear wall within the enclosure.

  • Deep Backless Pool Pump Enclosure

    Deep Backless: +150mm at rear for extra vertical clearance & lid opening.

    The Deep Backless enclosure adds 150mm to the depth of the Free Standing model, providing extra space behind the unit for vertical clearance and lid opening.  Unlike the standard Backless model (which gives 50mm rear clearance for lid opening), the Deep Backless uses 150mm wall strips to mount the enclosure to the wall. This creates enough space for the lid to open fully, even when obstructions like conduits, water pipes, or downpipes are present.

    The additional 100mm clearance (over the standard 50mm) allows you to cut the wall strips to fit around vertical objects, while still maintaining the necessary 50mm for lid clearance.  Backless enclosures include:

    • 2 vertical wall strips mounted at 3 available height positions

    • 1 horizontal bridge across the top for structural enclosure

    • No rear panel, allowing flexibility for pipes, conduits, and electrical fittings directly on the rear wall within the enclosure.

  • Free Standing Pool Pump Enclosure

    A free standing pool pump & filter enclosure includes a rear panel with wooden insert to mount equipment, providing a fully enclosed structure on all sides. Best suited for installations where there is ample space around the equipment and gives a place to mount the electrics, ensuring full protection and sound insulation. If your control equipment is mounted to a wall or the enclosure needs to be mounted within 50mm of the back, consider a backless model to allow room for the lid to open to the rear.
